Pennsylvania College of Technology has honored Meagan Murray, of Hughesville, with an Alumni Citizenship/Humanitarian Award. The award recognizes graduates of Penn College (and of forerunners Williamsport Area Community College and Williamsport Technical Institute) who provide distinguished community or volunteer service.
