Pennsylvania College of Technology will hold a commencement ceremony Saturday, Aug. 11, for the 235 students who have petitioned to graduate from the college this month. The ceremony will begin at 11 a.m. in the Community Arts Center, 220 W. Fourth St., Williamsport.
