A new scholarship fund at Pennsylvania College of Technology honors the memory of the founder of a Berks County construction and design firm. The agreement to establish the Dwight E. Stoltzfus Memorial Trade Scholarship at Penn College was recently completed by Stoltzfus’ widow, Kay, and their son Nicholas.
