Pennsylvania College of Technology presented student achievement awards recently to graduates receiving degrees and certificates at winter commencement ceremonies held Dec. 20. The awards, the students and their academic majors are: President’s Award, for leadership and service to the College community: Barbara Marie Willett, Johnstown, Hospitality Management.
