More than 120 students have petitioned to graduate at Pennsylvania College of Technology’s August commencement exercises, set for Friday, Aug. 11, at the Community Arts Center in downtown Williamsport. In addition to conferring bachelor and associate degrees and certificates, the College will present Student Achievement Awards. The ceremonies are scheduled to begin at 4 p.m.
