EarthSmart Club Once Again Aids Roadway Cleanup

    Earlier this month, EarthSmart Club members did their semiannual road cleanup along their 2-mile stretch of Northway Road. After working for an hour and a half, the group had filled up several garbage bags with discarded cans and newspaper and then headed to a local restaurant for pizza. The participants included members Aaron Hottenstein, Katie Hoffman, Luke Larson, Mark Barbier, Andrew Christoffel and Russell Blankenship, as well as the club's faculty advisers: Debra A. Buckman, assistant professor of environmental technology, and David L. Evans, biology professor.
