Grottini and Adrianne R. Watkins provided several environmentally based activities for Children's Learning Center youngsters Friday in preparation for "Earth Day." Activities included a reading of Dr. Seuss's "The Lorax," coloring activities related to conservation and recycling, and planting of white-oak trees that the children could take home. The students are members of the college's Earth Smart club, whose activities include highway cleanup and work with area watersheds.
