    Penn College Police have arrested a student and charged him with selling prescription drugs at College West Apartments. The student, who has been placed on interim suspension by the college, was charged with one count of felony delivery and arraigned before District Justice Kenneth T. Schriner, who committed him to Lycoming County Prison in lieu of $5,000 bail. This and other Penn College Police "Crime Alerts" are posted here.
