Counseling Services to Participate in Suicide Survivors’ Program


Broadcast to aid suicide survivorsPenn College Counseling Servicesis sponsoring a local conference site for the 11th annual National Survivors of Suicide Dayfrom 1-2:30 p.m.Saturday, Nov. 21, in the Professional Development Center’s Tiadaghton Room. Counselors Mary Lee Kelly and Michael S. DiPalmawill be involved in the observance, which includes a live simulcast by the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention. Theafternoon will include emotional support, information about resources for healing, and a question-and-answer session with survivors and mental health professionals.
