Philip G. Berry has been appointed coordinator of matriculation and academic operations for the School of Construction & Design Technologies at Pennsylvania College of Technology.



Philip G. BerryBerry previously served as an external records evaluator in the Registrar’s Office at the institution and brings a wealth of matriculation experience to his new role. He has developed extensive experience with the enrollment process, student credit transactions and articulation agreements.

He also brings a strong recruitment background to the position, having experience as an admissions representative for 12 years. He completed Penn College’s Leadership Series professional development program in 2016.

Berry earned a Bachelor of Science degree in marketing from The Pennsylvania State University.

“Phil has demonstrated a strong history at the institution of serving students and faculty,” said Carol A. Lugg, dean of construction and design technologies. “He will bring a targeted focus to our efforts to communicate to prospective students the opportunities and career paths within our academic school.”
