    Madigan Library hosts cooking demo Chef Paul Mach and School of Hospitality students RachelM. Emmons (center in photo at left) and Jennifer A. Krystek provided a "Tailgating Into Thanksgiving" cooking demonstration from noon-1 p.m. Tuesdayat the Madigan Library. The students and Mach, an assistant professor of hospitality management/culinary arts, turned simple ingredients like chicken, peppers and rustic pasta into upscale tailgating and unique Thanksgiving side dishes!
