More ways to "green" your spring and save energy, from Penn College's Energy Conservation Subcommittee via SunChips: "Air-dry your clothes after washing them in warm or cold water, unload your car of excess weight and keep your vehicle's tires inflated, donate used books, switch to energy-saving light bulbs, support local farming and purchase seasonal foods, plant a garden and/or start a compost area, and spend time outdoors. The earth thanks you ... and we do, too!"
