The Veterans’ Fountain outside the Breuder Advanced Technology & Health Sciences Center has taken on its traditional “Penn College Proud” tint, aided by General Services and student leaders, and heralding the arrival of Homecoming/Parent & Family Weekend (Friday through Sunday).
