Doyle Technology & Society Colloquia Series on Nov. 3 showed that seemingly small and insignificant decisions about energy use can echo resoundingly and positively through the broader community. Alan R. Neuner, vice president for facilities operations for Geisinger Health System, presented “Improving National Health Through Energy Efficiency” in the Klump Academic Center Auditorium on Tuesday night, sharing his employer's nationally recognized success in reducing energy costs and correspondingly improving the health of its neighbors.
