Collision Repair Students Trained in Fire Safety

    Jesse A. Baratt of Long Valley, N.J., receives fire-extinguisher training Two classes of first-year Collision Repair students (40+) participated in fire-safety training Wednesday at the Williamsport Bureau of Fire training area. Leonard R. Filipkowski, associate professor of collision repair, made the arrangements with Williamsport Fire Inspector Tom Swiegart, who conducted 90 minutes of hands-on training in the use of fire extinguishers in an effort to make the Collision Repair lab a safer environment for students and instructors.
