Lobar Inc. is the general contractor, Silvertip Inc. has both the HVAC and plumbing contracts, and Howard Organization Inc. is the electrical contractor. Andrew M. Richardson, construction manager, said the reinforced foundations are mostly complete, with the below-grade block continuing, grouting of the bond beams, and piers and anchor bolts being poured in place. The electrical contractor has set the transformer vault and installed the encased underground conduit duct banks, while the plumbing contractor is making preparations for the underground water, sewer and gas piping.
