Pennsylvania College of Technology is offering an Administrative Professionals Day event on Wednesday, April 23, to honor administrative professionals, secretaries and office workers.
The program, which will run from 8-9:30 a.m., begins with a breakfast buffet at Le Jeune Chef, the college’s fine-dining restaurant.
Tracy L. Brundage, managing director of Workforce Development & Continuing Education at Penn College, will offer “A Good Boss Is Hard to Find.” The 30-minute presentation will explore the workplace dynamics between administrative professionals and their bosses.
The purpose of the discussion is to define the ideal working relationship between a good boss and his or her administrative professional. It will also identify steps that administrative professionals can take to improve less-than-ideal working relationships.
The cost for the event, which includes the breakfast buffet, is $25. Space is limited; early registration is recommended.
For more information, or to register, call Workforce Development & Continuing Education at (570) 327-4775 or send e-mail by April 11.
