College Seal Impressively Hangs in Madigan Library

The impressive creation was provided by college President Davie Jane Gilmour in honor of her husband, Fred, retired director of instructional technology/distance learning, a 1966 alumnusand designer of the Penn College and Williamsport Area Community College seals.
