    "State of Pennsylvania"President GilmourPenn College President Davie Jane Gilmour was the guest for Thursday’s live 7 p.m. broadcast of “State of Pennsylvania,” a regional public-affairs and news program airing on WVIA-TV.  Conducted by Bill Kelly, the station’s president and chief executive officer, the interview has been added to the PBS affiliate's online on-demand channel.
