College President ‘Feet’-ured Guest at Children’s Learning Center

President Gilmour reads to youngsters Penn College President Davie Jane Gilmour visited the Bird’s Nest at the college’s Children’s Learning Center, where she read them a book titled “Whose Shoes?” You often can tell what a person does by the shoes he or she wears, and the children enthusiastically guessed the occupation that matched each pair of shoes in the book. During her Wednesday visit, Gilmour provided each child with a copy of the book this year’s selection in Pennsylvania’s “One Book, Every Young Child” program to take home.
