College Police Issue Notice of Annual Security Report

Penn College Police have issued their annual security report, including statistics for the previous three years concerning reported crimes on campus; in certain off-campus buildings or property owned or controlled by Penn College; and on public property within (or immediately adjacent to and accessible from) the campus.

The report also includes institutional policies concerning campus security, such as policies concerning sexual assault and other matters. A copy of the report can be obtained by contacting Penn College Police or by accessing the department's Web site . A more detailed statistical report also can be found online .

The Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act requires all colleges and universities in the United States to report their crime statistics, campus security/law-enforcement policies and reporting procedures to the U.S. Department of Education and the campus community annually. These crime statistics are compiled and reported in accordance with the FBI's Uniform Crime Reporting System.
