John Fetterman brought his statewide “listening tour” to Penn College on Wednesday, the 53rd stop in his 67-county campaign to gauge residents’ views on the possibility of legalizing recreational marijuana in the commonwealth. Fetterman addressed a crowded Klump Academic Center Auditorium audience, gathering public opinion on both sides of the complex and controversial issue. The lieutenant governor's tour includes stops this week in Bradford and Sullivan counties; comments are also being solicited via an online submission form.
