The Dunham Children’s Learning Center – the on-campus facility for child care and early childhood education – held its annual bike parade, a pre-Independence Day celebration. Children decked their bikes, trikes and scooters in red, white and blue and rode in loops in front of Penn College’s Parkes Automotive Technology Center, delighting parents and other parade-goers.
