In recognition of Ethnic Foods Month, the Pennsylvania College of Technology Library on Sept. 26 will present “Apples Outside the Pie,” a program featuring the College’s own Chef Paul Mach, co-host of the award-winning “You’re the Chef” cooking series seen nationally on public television.

Mach will prepare delicious apple dishes the French way in a presentation that will take place from noon to 1 p.m. Light refreshments will be served. The program is free and open to the public.

He joined the faculty in 1992. Mach earned associate’s degrees from the Culinary Institute of America and Erie Community College and a bachelor’s degree from Empire State College of the State University of New York.
