Participants were encouraged to wear women’s heels, an inch or higher, on their Tuesday afternoon stroll along Penn College’s campus mall. Proceeds from the event, held in conjunction with the observance of Domestic Violence Awareness Week, will go toward the fraternity’s community-service activities.
