The Dunham Children’s Learning Center at Pennsylvania College of Technology is offering a summer program for children who have completed kindergarten or first grade (up to age 7) this year.

Jessica (Milheim) McCoy will be the group leader in charge of a group of 12 children. The summer program will run from June 10 to Aug. 9. Hours will be 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday and 7:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. on Fridays.

Enrollment will be full-time only (except for Penn College students enrolled in summer classes that do not meet on Fridays) for $150 per week.  Discounts are available for eligible Penn College students, and Child Care Information Services subsidies will be welcome.

The weekly fee includes breakfast and afternoon snack, but children will have to bring their own lunch, packed so that it will not require refrigeration.  There will be a few off-campus field trips, but the group will mostly take advantage of on-campus opportunities for fun and learning. Home base will be at the Children’s Learning Center, where children will begin and end their day.

Openings are limited. Contact 570-320-8026 or ext. 7123 for more information or to request an enrollment packet.
