Cancer Society Fundraiser to Include Basket Raffle


Raffle to benefit American Cancer Society Baskets on display in Campus Center Tickets on sale through Student Activities Drawing to be held April 21 Lottery wreath to join baskets on prize tablePenn College’s Walk-It-Out Committee (with the help of Peggy A. Barbour, Advisement Center specialist) is holding a basket raffle to benefit the American Cancer Society. The raffle features a lottery wreath and more than 16 baskets of various themes. The Walk-It-Out Basket Raffle runs through April 20 in the Bush Campus Center lobby. Tickets $1 each or three for $2 will be sold from 8 a.m.-4:30 p.m. at the Student Activities Information Desk. Special tickets for the lottery wreath are $1 apiece. The drawing will be held during the April 21 Walk-It-Out event on the Madigan Library lawn; all winners will be notified thereafter.
