For those ready to take themselves – or their businesses – to the next level, Pennsylvania College of Technology is offering a wide array of noncredit, business and management courses.

The courses, presented by Workforce Development & Continuing Education at Penn College, are held at the Center for Business & Workforce Development on the college’s main campus in Williamsport. They are taught by qualified, experienced industry experts and faculty.



Courses offered this spring include Customer Service, Working With Difficult Personalities, Workplace Motivation, Time Management, Decision-Making and Problem-Solving, Conducting Effective Meetings, Business Acumen, Managing Multiple Priorities, Projects and Deadlines, Effective Communications, and Understanding and Appreciating Differences Using the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator.
