Block Party, WEBstock Merged Into Pre-Finals Getaway

Cain attempts to conquer the bucking bull Couch, chairs become patio furniture when an alfresco party beckons Two formerly separate spring traditions the Wildcat Events Board’s WEBstock festival and the Off-Campus Housing Organization’s block party were combined into one jam-packed, fun-filled, crowd-pleasing extravaganza Friday. The hybrid event, held along Vine Avenue on the north side of Penn College’s campus, included music, free food, novelties and games.
