Billboards, Spirited Competition Spur Recycling Efforts in Student Housing

    Campus View College West Rose Street The Village As part of the efforts to promote recycling and Penn College's participation in the national Recyclemania competition, residents of each of the on-campus apartment complexes painted a recycling promotional billboard to be displayed over the coming weeks. The purpose of the billboards is to remind residents to recycle. This week also marks the beginning of a three-week competition among the four complexes in which residents will compete to see who can recycle the most.
