If news-media coverage is any indication, the word is getting out about Pennsylvania College of Technology. Beginning Monday, March 22, you may view examples of Penn College media coverage on the PCToday news-and-information Web site.

"In the News," a compilation of Penn College press clippings, includes news stories that appear in national, statewide, regional and local media; items featured in the hometown newspapers of students and alumni; and articles written by faculty and staff for various online and printed publications. It will be updated most weekdays and presented in a PDF-file format that can be accessed via the PCToday navigation bar (that also includes Campus Weather, Dining Guide, Sports Schedules/Scores and the Photo Gallery). The daily "In the News" PDF files will be accessible for one month via PCToday.

Positive media coverage, which supports marketing and recruitment, has increased substantially in recent years. If you are interested in seeing the widespread media coverage of Penn College, we welcome you to view "In the News."

College policy and procedure (7.04) states "Any College employee who receives a request for College-related information from the media shall forward the request to the Office of College Information and Community Relations immediately. Only spokespersons representing the Office of College Information and Community Relations and the Office of the President are authorized to provide College-related information to the media. Exceptions to this policy may be made only at the discretion of these offices." College Information and Community Relations' News Bureau will be happy to work with you to develop news and information about Penn College people, programs and services that can be shared with the media.
