Shortly before skies darkened over Penn College on Monday, bringing the flash and crash of a textbook summer thundershower, Noelle B. Bloom took this photo north of the Bush Campus Center. "I love the flowers and greenery on our campus," the Dining Services assistant director said, providing a stunning view of the Student & Administrative Services Center as seen through the "living wall" nurtured by nature (with a noticeable assist from General Services horticulturists).
