The College Store turned Penn’s Inn into a commencement-focused shopping mall on Tuesday afternoon, hosting a Grad Finale for students on the verge of May graduation. Prizes, food, caps and gowns, and tickets to the May 19-20 Community Arts Center ceremonies were among the attractions at the event, held from noon-4 p.m.
