Banquet Pays Tribute to Season's Student-Athletes, Coaches

    Douglas T. Byerly, director of athletics Mike Stanzione, associate director of athletics, visits with student-athletes The Athletic Department honored its Spring 2009 student-athletes and coaches (archery, baseball, men's and women's basketball, bowling, dance, softball and men's volleyball)at a banquet in the Thompson Professional Development Center on Monday night. Coaches thanked the athletic staff and their athletes for all the hard work and dedication to their respective sports this season. Coaches also said "Goodbye" to the senior athletes, wishing them the best as they graduate from Penn College; attendees also offered their support to the archery and baseball teams on their way to national tournaments next week.
