    ASHRAE chapter cleans up Route 15 Adopt-a-Highway sign points to students' community service Taking in the view Five student members of Penn College's American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air Conditioning Engineers chapter recently cleaned up the organization's adopted 2-mile portion of Route 15 near Trout Run. Students participating in the cleanup were Nicholas A. Clark, Matthew J. Kinneman, Matthew P. Robinson, George R. Urschel and Michael L. Way.
