Arts Center Theater Named in Honor of College Administrator

The theater within the Community Arts Center this week was named in honor of William J. Martin, chairman of the arts center board, senior vice president of Penn College and an acknowledged champion of thedowntown “jewel”long before its May 1993 opening. An article about the dedication, as well as the turnabout way in which the tribute was delivered, was published in Monday’s Williamsport Sun-Gazette.
