The American Institute of Architects’ Middle Pennsylvania chapter met in Penn College’s Professional Development Centeron Friday night, discussing the architectural design of The Madigan Library. Benedict H. Dubbs Jr., architect for Murray Associates Architects, P.C., Harrisburg (left), offered a presentation on the firm’s design of the magnificent facility, spotlighting many features of the building that opened Aug. 12. Chapter members also hosted William H. Ealer, assistant professor of architecture at the college, and students from the School of Construction and Design Technologies.
