The Dunham Children’s Learning Center continued a long Independence Day tradition despite rainy skies, moving its annual bike parade indoors on Thursday. Well-wishers gathered as usual, cheering the children, who celebrated by dressing themselves, their bikes and their scooters in red, white and blue.
