Hunter B. Budman makes his pointA Montgomery Area High School senior, a dual-enrollment student in the Penn College NOW program, was featured in Joe Snedeker’s morning forecast on Channel 16. Hunter B. Budman, son of Institutional Advancement’s Denise R. Miller, found his way into Wednesday’s on-air outlook. The weather personality, who balances a trademark quirkiness with a serious philanthropic streak, peoples his maps with daily photos of viewers pointing – and Budman (wearing a college T-shirt) was among those to submit an obliging image.
