Alumnus Honored by State Association as ‘Outstanding Educator’

A 2002 graduate of Penn College’s landscape/nursery technology major, now an instructor at the Central Pennsylvania Institute of Science and Technology, has been named Pennsylvania’s Outstanding New Career and Technical Educator for 2014 by the Pennsylvania Association for Career and Technical Education. A faculty member at the Pleasant Gap institution since 2009, Joseph C. Luther was recently profiled in the school’s newsletter: Landscaping Alumnus
