Alumnus Among Competitors in ‘Food Network Challenge’


Alumnus James Parker among competitors in 'Food Network Challenge'A Penn College culinary arts alumnus is one of four competitors in “Fantasy Fruit Sculptures” the latest Food Network Challenge on the popular cable channel. James Parker, a 1991 graduate and founder of Veggy Art, turns fruits and vegetables into indescribably beautiful centerpieces. A description of thecompetition is on the network’s Web site.
