More than 45 Penn College graduates and their guests joined Chef Paul Mach, assistant professor of hospitality management/culinary arts, on the Alumni Relations Office’s fourth annual bus trip to the Keuka Lake Wineries on Saturday. The group made three scheduled visits (Keuka Overlook Wine Cellars, McGregor Winery and Keuka Spring Vineyard) and an extra stop at Hunt Country Vineyards; participated in a beer-tasting at the Rooster Fish Brewery; and ended the day with a nice dinner at Esperanza Mansion.
