From March 3-11, the School of Construction and Design Technologies participated in the Pennsylvania Home Show at the Farm Show Complex in Harrisburg. The venue offered a twofold opportunity: to showcase Penn College majors to prospective students and their families, and to network with alumni visitors and contractors. Several exhibitors who visited the booth are also Penn College graduates, and many vendors (alumni and non-alumni alike) were eager to learn how the college’s Career Services Office can help them network with students. Those who staffed the Penn College booth throughout the week included Art L. Counterman, electrical technology faculty; Garret L. Graff, Robert P. Gresko, Barney A. Kahn IV, Peter Kruppenbacher, Franklin H. Reber and Richard M. Sarginger, building construction technology faculty; Daniel L. Brooks, Tuna Saka and Rob A. Wozniak, architectural technology faculty; Marc E. Bridgens, dean; Anne K. Soucy, assistant dean (who also took the photos above); and Steven K. McCoy, the school’s coordinator of matriculation and retention.
