ALL Employees Have a Chance to Win!

The Institutional Advancement Office is implementing a change in the way drawings are conducted to promote the Annual Fund Employee Campaign, in hopes of encouraging more employees to consider participating in the Annual Fund .
All employees who donate to the 2005-06 Annual Fund Employee Campaign, regardless of the amount they donate, automatically will be entered into the drawing to be held later this month for 25 different prizes (winners to be announced Aug. 19). Any employee who did not donate to the Annual Fund, but who would like to be included in the drawing, can enter by calling Jim Finkler, annual giving officer, at ext. 7658. You must return your Annual Fund gift form, or call Jim, by noon Aug. 18.
In later drawings that will be announced by e-mail (Penn State football tickets, Community Arts Center tickets, etc.), any employee who donates to the 2005-06 Annual Fund Employee Campaign will be eligible to enter the drawing via e-mail. Employees who do not donate to the Annual Fund may enter by calling ext. 7658. Deadlines and other specifications for each drawing must be met.
Employee support of the Annual Fund is very important. Penn College employees donated more than $66,000 to the 2004-05 Annual Fund Campaign. Those gifts generated much-needed scholarship awards, and helped to advance equipment and facilities technologies and enhance the already-high quality of educational programs. The Institutional Advancement Office is committed to using your gift in the most effective way possible.
