Tuesday night, in Penn's Inn, 2000 nursing graduate Deborah Erdman, adult trauma case manager at Geisinger Medical Center, presented "Dying to Be the Life of the Party." The program highlighted the dangers of acute alcohol poisoning through a video, discussion and Q&A. From 11 a.m.-3 p.m. Wednesday and Thursday, students can safely experience compromised driving by traveling an obstacle course while wearing vision-impairing "drunk goggles." Among other activities sponsored by Student Health Services and the Student Activities Office are an appearance at 9-10:30 p.m. Friday in Penn's Inn by Matt Bellace, comedian and motivational speaker, whose "How to Get High Naturally" program encourages more than 100,000 people per year to make healthy choices.
