Act 101 Students Recognized at Penn’s Inn Gathering


Smiles and balloons brighten Penn's Inn Act 101 program, students celebrated at annual get-together Penn College’s Act 101 program held its annual Recognition Dinner in Penn’s Inn on Thursday evening to celebrate the 2007 Act 101 graduating students. Five of the graduates were in attendance, including Angela Mayo, a graduating Act 101 student leader (center in photo at far left), who was the guest speaker for the evening’s event. She spoke to the audience about her experience as a returning adult student and the tremendous support she received from the Act 101 staff. Members of the Act 101 Advisory Board and other Act 101 students also were recognized at the event for their continued good work at Penn College. ( Photos by Henriette K.
