    • Kyle A Smith, Executive Director of the Penn College Foundation, Institutional Advancement, starting June 26

    • Angela E. Myers, Director of Annual Giving, Institutional Advancement, effective June 26

    • Carrie L. Evelhair, transfer from casual part-time/substitute Library Circulation Services Assistant to regular part-time Library Circulation Assistant (Day), Madigan Library, beginning June 26
