Penn College’s essential role in preparing tomorrow’s workforce is reflected in a recent video by Gov. Tom Corbett, part of the “Ask the Governor” series posted to the PAcast website. “I propose protective funding for our colleges and universities that focus on job placement – schools like (Penn College), Lincoln University and Thaddeus Stevens College of Technology,” the governor says near the half-minute mark. “These institutions focus on providing students with the technical and practical skills needed in this new global economy.”
