Do you want to make a difference in your business or industry? Pennsylvania College of Technology at Wellsboro, located in the Wellsboro Area School District Administration Building, will offer several management courses this spring.

The classes are taught by qualified instructors at a comfortable pace for all levels of adult learners. They are held in a relaxed classroom environment, allowing students to learn, experiment and ask questions. Bring your team members for the most benefit.

Getting Stuff Done will be held from 9 to 11:30 a.m. Tuesday, April 7. Learn how to “MindSweep” and transfer all that is on your mind into outcomes and actions in this brief, but powerful course.

Critical Conversations with Employees will be held from 1 to 5 p.m. Tuesday, April 7. Discover ways to communicate more effectively with employees, avoiding the pitfalls of undercommunicating, withholding information, and failing to act with unity and conviction.

Quick Start Leadership will be held from 10 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Tuesdays, April 21 and 28. This program assists individuals with launching their leadership career using several leadership tools.  Participants will learn to transition into leadership roles with confidence, communicate effectively, set clear expectations and understand when to refer issues to legal or human resource professionals. This is intended as a foundation for new or aspiring leaders or as a refresher for those who may have experience in a leadership role, but have had no recent, formal training.
