Graduating seniors Taylor R. Lapointe and Jenna L. Walmer were honored Saturday prior to the women’s tennis team’s match against Penn State Brandywine.  Head coach Robert D. Kemrer presided over the event. Lapointe, an information technology: information assurance and security concentration major from Pelham, N.H., has been a member of the squad for two years.  So far, she has an 8-8 overall record and was a semifinalist in her first season in both singles and doubles at the Penn State University Athletic Conference Championships. Walmer, a physical fitness specialist major from Lebanon, is a three-year member of the team. To date, she has racked up a 6-7 career record and was a semifinalist at the 2012 PSUAC Championships at both singles and doubles. Lapointe and Walmer still have some season left: They and the Lady Wildcats will travel to Lycoming College on Wednesday for a 3:30 p.m. match.
